The story of Biz, the baby reindeer
Mummy Nanà and Daddy Renno say I was a sweet, curious ball of fluff, with an irresistible little face! I still remember the day we left the Arctic Valleys of Crystal for our first holiday at the Hotel Ambiez in Andalo: I was so cute that I became the King of the Mini Club and the children soon became very fond of me, so Michela and Maurizio asked me be to be their mascot!
A happy (Biz)birthday!
My birthday is on 25 June and every year we organise a super party at Hotel Ambiez, with a cake, games in the garden and plenty of music! It’s so special and exciting for me every time, that I’ve decided to share it with all the children who have a birthday during the holiday and I personally take them their cake with a candle!

I live at the hotel and I go home to the Arctic Valleys of Crystal for the holidays. When you don’t see me around the hotel, it’s because I’m making up some new games, excursions and activities. If you want to meet me, don’t miss the weekly events –Breakfast with Biz, Biz Pool Party, Baby Dance– or the evening strolls in July and August, on the occasion of “Thursdays beneath the Stars” in Andalo!

09 am
The sweet smell of cakes, mini-doughnuts with custard and hot sandwiches inspire every little tummy! Breakfast is like a fairy tale world made of tasty foods where you will find Biz once a week, starting his day with the children!
10 am
Adventures in the Dolomites, or creative workshops at the hotel? Every morning, the children can decide whether to go on excursions and themed experiences, guided by the entertainers, or stay at the Mini Club and try their hand at some creative work!
12 noon
What’s the best way to have fun at the table? We know two ways: making simple dishes that children like and involving them in fantastic lunches with the entertainers, under the gazebo in the garden at the Mini Club.
4 pm
For those coming back from an excursion or waking up after a nap, the afternoon starts with mountain-style afternoon tea! A tasty treat with homemade cakes, pastries, fruit, fruit juices, tea and water.
5 pm
Teatime over? Good... Because there’s an important date with fun: Baby Spa, Masterchef, mini Olympics, treasure hunt, Superheroes contest and all those simple games from the past that give you the happy feeling of being part of a group of friends!
9 pm
After recharging your batteries at dinner - three times a week with our entertainers - we look forward to seeing all the children at the Baby Dance, the Fun Fair, the Pizza Party and the Biz Pool Party, as well as bingo, Mini Club’s Got Talent, quiz and themed evenings for adults too!
